This week was meant to finish the moves for the knight, so we conducted a couple of play-tests: one with 2 designers playing, one where I played a tester, and one with two testers. During our play tests of Knight this week, we gathered data on the cards most commonly used and how much damage those cards did in order to determine balancing for our game.

The data we collected helped us balance the game, which led us to nerf flail by making it situational. We also found that certain actions were rarely played, namely armor up, spiky shield, and the wall shield.

All in all, the tests provided good feedback that the game was fun and competitive, even with the players as the same class, so the main rules and mechanics are pretty set in stone at this point. I finished the first draft of the cyborg deck and the cards have been written out for testing. Our team has grown by two members, so I am going to revamp our organization to more specialization so that we can all be focused.
