After finalizing the design for arch magician, I helped our other designer to make the necromancer class more playable. We then printed the newest draft designs of each class on nicer paper for testing. We also completed a design for all of the knight cards and printed them for high-fidelity testing.

We organized all of the stat trackers and health bars for each class, so all lo-fi tests are more streamlined and closer to what the final product will look like. I have been taking more qualitative notes recently to fix more of the large scale design issues with certain classes, so that we can go in later to collect more quantitative data and compare classes. This will require many more tests, so it is important tat we have these stable drafts work off of. Now our data will be more consistent and helpful.

I also plan on hiring Drew, a designer who is finishing up work on Doh Man's Land, so that we can have either a strong primary designer or a strong data tracker. Either way, he will be a very valuable asset. However, I don't feel keen on expanding the team, so I want to see impressive performances from the other members, otherwise I'll probably have to shave off less productive members.
