I started the week owing a favor to Doh Man's Land, so I created a clay splatter effect for an explosion or entrance. I started by modeling. clay blob in blender. I then created a velocity force and added collisions so that the clay would stop when I met the ground. I then scaled mesh size to speed on a curve, so that when the speed was 0 on the ground, the particle would splatter. I also created a user reference to particle color, and plugged that color into a material, so that the blob color would be the same as the tank.

Balanced Builds:

We started the week by finalizing and formatting the rulebook, which is on this google document. https://docs.google.com/document/d/16lRNmARlsWuz0kuQkljeKO7c08o16862PyGx1LWyPB4/edit?usp=sharing

We also made medium fidelity prints of our cards that our testers can use, so that the game feel is more so evoked.

We conducted more tests with qualitative and quantitative data, and we determine that we needed to buff cyborg for more reliable damage. This led us to reworking the class to now hold 2 weapon slots so that the shortcoming of less cards drawn is mitigated. We have tracked all of the most recent card versions on trello https://trello.com/b/9R8Qrk79/knight

We also conducted a test round to our boss, Mr. Compton, who gave use helpful feedback that we tracked on a google document. Fortunately, he found our rule documentation solidly thorough, and he had some fun, however we did need to rework our cyborg class to make it more playable.

This week, I was also able to deal with a formerly difficult teammate, who is now much more willing to contribute to the team and is more focused, which is very helpful as we get into mid development--where my last two long term projects fell short.
