Early this week my team and I completed the frame data for the carrot's moves (aside from hitboxes and pushback. The coding team is currently developing tools to adjust those factors later on.

Wednesday's team meeting had mixed results, for although many members were still enthusiastic about the project, their progress was somewhat sporadic and in some cases not evident. To combat this issue, another designer and I began develping a means of better organizing information on the game's mechanics through use of Backlog, a wiki software. It will take a while to complete this, but so far we have detailed a few of the game's core mechanics like the Counter Counter in this format.

Going into next week, I want to make strong progress in the wiki and try and keep the teams on track. So far, only one of the artists has been really willing to step up to work on animations, and the coding team is still very reliant on their lead. I hope as we work and have shorter sprint goals, we can form more autonomy as workers to smooth out the process.
